By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. SHIPPING COVERAGE
  • We currently ship only within India.
  • We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders are processed Monday to Saturday (10:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST).
  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

During peak seasons, sales, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended.


3. SHIPPING METHODS & PARTNERS

We ship orders through:

  • Shiprocket
  • Local courier partners depending on delivery location

Courier selection is based on serviceability and delivery efficiency.


4. DELIVERY TIMELINE

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 3–7 business days
  • Non-Metro / Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Courier disruptions
  • Incorrect address provided by customer

RUUSAAO shall not be liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.


5. SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on the website.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged product received
  • Manufacturing defect

Each case is evaluated individually.


6. ORDER TRACKING

Once dispatched:

  • Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email

  • Tracking details will be provided (if available)

Tracking updates are managed by the courier partner.


7. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

Courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times.

If:

  • The customer is unavailable
  • The address is incorrect
  • The package is refused

The order may be returned to us.

In such cases:

  • Re-shipping charges may apply
  • Refund (if approved) may exclude shipping costs

8. ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing accurate:

  • Full name
  • Complete address
  • Landmark
  • Pincode
  • Contact number

RUUSAAO is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete address information.


9. DAMAGED PACKAGE AT DELIVERY

If the outer package appears:

  • Torn
  • Tampered
  • Opened

Customers must:

  • Refuse delivery OR
  • Record an unboxing video clearly showing the condition
  • Contact customer support within 40 hours of delivery

Claims without proper proof may be rejected as per our Return & Refund Policy.


10. RISK & TITLE TRANSFER

Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon:

  • Successful delivery confirmation by the courier partner

Once marked delivered, RUUSAAO is not liable for:

  • Theft after delivery
  • Incorrect acceptance by third party at the delivery address

11. LOST OR UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

If a shipment is lost in transit:

  • We will initiate verification with the logistics partner.
  • Refund or replacement will be processed only after confirmation from the courier.
  • Our internal decision after verification shall be final.

12. CASH ON DELIVERY (IF APPLICABLE)

If Cash on Delivery (COD) is offered:

  • COD availability depends on location.
  • RUUSAAO reserves the right to disable COD for certain pincodes or customers.
  • Refused COD orders may impact future COD eligibility.

13. FORCE MAJEURE

RUUSAAO shall not be held responsible for delays or failure in delivery due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Pandemic restrictions
  • Political unrest
  • Strikes
  • Government orders
  • Transport disruptions
